1. Collection and Use of Facial Data / 面部資料之搜集與使用
To maintain community safety and prevent fraudulent activities, our App includes identity and gender verification features. 為了維護社群安全並防止詐騙行為，本 App 包含身分與性別驗證功能。
- Collection & Use (搜集與使用): We collect facial images and facial geometry data provided by the user. This data is used strictly for identity verification, gender authenticity checks, and fraud prevention. 我們搜集用戶提供的面部圖像與面部幾何資料。此資料嚴格僅用於身分驗證、性別真實性核查及防止詐騙。
- Disclosure & Sharing (揭露與共享): We do not sell or trade your Facial Data. This data may only be shared with trusted third-party verification service providers for real-time authentication purposes. 我們不會出售或交易您的面部資料。此資料僅可能與受信任的第三方驗證服務供應商共享，且僅限於進行即時驗證之目的。
- Retention & Deletion (保留與刪除): Facial geometry data is deleted immediately after the verification process is complete. Images are retained only for the duration of the user’s account and will be deleted within 30 days upon account termination. 面部幾何資料將在驗證完成後立即刪除。影像資料僅在用戶帳號存續期間保留，並將在帳號註銷後 30 天內完全移除。
2. In-App Subscription / 應用程式內訂閱
- Pricing (定價): You may purchase a monthly subscription to [TYL Pro] for USD $30.99 or a yearly subscription for USD $279.99. 您可以以每月 30.99 美元 或每年 279.99 美元 的價格訂閱 [TYL Pro]。
- Currency (貨幣): Subscribe monthly. You will be charged in your local currency at the prevailing exchange rate as defined by iTunes. 按月訂閱。您將依據 iTunes 定義的現行匯率以當地貨幣支付費用。
